Cooking the Noodles

  1. Boil water with a little bit of salt in a big saucepot
  2. Pore 1 big spoon of dough on a small utility board
  3. Use a big knife to trough small pieces of dough in the boiling water. Don't cook too much noodles at the same time because they will stick together.
  4. Wait until they float and then let them cook for one more minute. When they are done take them out and rinse them.
  5. Cook all the noodles this way
  6. To keep the cooked noodles worm, place them in the oven (200°F) with some of the preparation of bacon and grated feta cheese.
  7. When all the noodles are cooked, mix them with the roasted bacon and butter, grated feta, sour cream and chopped chives. Mix well and serve.
